David on reception was very helpful, friendly and informative. He checked us into to the hotel and we went to him asking for restaurant's he would recommend that provided traditional Hungarian food. We used his suggestions and was delighted with the restaurants. He provide information about the thermal bath and even provided towels for us to use as we didn't take any away with us - that was a great experience He was fantastic and a great asset to the hotel reception team - Plus his English was amazing - Talented young man Thank you for all the help and advice given Location of hotel was perfect and I would highly recommend - have already told a few friends/ family about the hotel if they get the opportunity to visit Budapest

Lovely, clean room in a brilliant location, just along from St Stephen’s Basilica and within walking distance of most attractions. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and a convenience store right across the road. We booked this property last minute after arriving in Budapest and not being given the apartment we had booked through Booking.com. The man on reception was lovely and explained all the facilities and to contact him if we needed anything. After a long day travelling and the chaos of getting the wrong apartment for my disability, this hotel exceeded my expectations and allowed me to have a much needed rest. We stayed for 7 days and had no issues at all.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location and great breakfast (even gluten free/free from options!). We absolutely loved it! One thing to note is that the shower and bedroom is all in one (separated by an opaque curtain) which may not be suitable for some. Also the room was VERY HOT at night and the pillows were quite thin, although the staff were lovely and probably would’ve provided more if I’d have asked! From previous reviews I can see that they don’t put the air con on ‘in the winter’…. I was there in the spring so I suppose it’s a fine line and the rooms were uncomfortably hot at night.

Great location with a clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and obliged us with extra towels and pillows when we asked. Modern room with a great shower and the electronic shutters on the windows were great for blocking out the light! We were grateful for the midday checkout as well as breakfast available to 11am on the weekends. Additionally Cookie Beacon or Blueberry brunch right beside the hotel offer great alternatives.

Reception staff - Hajni, David and Lina. They were very nice, kind and professional. They deserve a lot and their employer is truly lucky to have such professionals working for them. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. Also the breakfast was great.

The room we had was a triple. It was not very big, but the bathroom was adequate. There was no hot water kettle. There was no closet space. The pillows were very flat and the bed was somewhat hard. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold foods. It was same every day. There was no lounge area except the breakfast area. Our friends had a double and the shower area was not enclosed, so you could be seen showering if you walked into a part of the room. It is right in the middle of town, and an excellent location

We stayed at the hotel and were very satisfied with the experience. The location is excellent – close to the city center, so we could reach most of the sights on foot. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and varied. We especially appreciated the covered parking. We gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near the city.
